We want to keep our congregation informed about what's happening at Friends while also keeping the wider community aware of who we are and what we stand for. This committee assists the church office and Church Council with communication both inside and outside the congregation.

Responsibilities:

• Outreach events, such as TAMU's Rainbow Resource Fair

• Changing messaging on the church sign

• Creating fliers and posters for church events

• Maintaining the church's social media platforms

Advertisement & Promotion:

• We advertise primarily online, as that is where the majority of our new members find us.

• Advertisements are done on Google, Facebook, and local radio stations.

• Occasional advertisements are placed in the B/CS Eagle, particularly around holiday services.
